After a week of absolutely bumping this EP in my bedroom, it is time for ya’ll to do the same. If you are currently in Miami, or plan on being there for any of this WMC, you have either already heard this EP a lot, or you will be very soon. Dark, deep, tech-house sounds from the biggest power house duo in the game right now – Danny Daze & Maceo Plex. I’ve had been anxiously awaiting this release on Ellum Audio (Maceo’s label) ever since I heard rumors that those two were cranking out beats in ze studio together.
I don’t spend much of my time listening to songs like these, but when I do typically a lot of structural damage is committed by myself and my partners in rajé. Luckily, I play a lot of away games (if you know what I mean) and personally don’t own many nice things. Oh, the benefits of being poor and amiable…

Sorry, I’m contractually obligated to reference American Psycho at least twice a month… Psyche. That would be pretty dope though… It’s hip to be square ya’ll
*Deep House Warning*

In It Together (Moonchild Remix) – Human Life
Been listening to a lot of deep house recently – reminds me of all the fun times I’ve had in Europe considering that’s really the only place I’ve heard it. If any of my European friends read my posts and/or frequent AYNE for tunes know that I am thinking about all of you. Can’t wait to come back across the pond. When it comes down to it, though, I guess it all starts and ends with my love for bass. I can remember walking into my first European club and being overwhelmed with that feeling that beats in your chest. Since then, I have never been the same.
Some people say deep house isn’t for everyone, but I’m calling shenanigans on that right now. If getting weird with the dirty beat in the club isn’t really your style, then throw a sub in your bedroom, turn the volume down real low and let the smooth vibes seduce you to sleep.
Mmmm now that’s what I like to call throwback knockers which is the best way I can think of caping of such a post. If you did not enjoy this, I (and the nuns featured above) will pray for your steadfast recovery.
