First play on BBC Radio 1 by Danny Howells. This one is not small. Axtone continues to be a leader in the house music scene, dictating the sound of the future. Look for this one to be released in the coming months. In the meantime, try to catch the man in charge for a live set and maybe you’ll get lucky. So pack up and head to Ibiza or wait a couple months for TomorrowWorld USA.
Keljet, if you don’t know, fulfills a large part of the the term “fraiche.” His brand of funky, soulful dance music has become a staple in my sets. He has his own brand of sexy, and when you hear a taste of his famous “keljet guitar injection,” that pretty much seals the deal. In honor of Funky Fraiche Friday, here is his latest free mix he did for KISS FM this week. Trust me, it’s as funky fraiche as it gets. Now grab yourself an adult soda or maybe a nice rum and tonic, and dance your stress away. It’s weekend time.

Check out two of the new remixes out this week for Don Diablo’s “Silent Shadows.” The Swedish duo, Quilnez, who have been on their game over the past month, releasing a handful of big tracks, put their own powerful progressive style to work and produce another beauty.
Don Diablo – Silent Shadows (Keljet Remix) – Beatport Link – $$$$$ This guy seems to just emit fraicheness from his pores. Very money. Trust me. Even played live on Letterman…pretty dope if you ask me.
Don Diablo – Silent Shadows (Quilnez Remix) – Beatport Link – $$$$ Nice bouncy intro with a really nice wompy breakdown. Then they take you higher with their signature synth sounds and fat progressive drop. Great use of vocal sampling as well.
Qulinez is the up-and-combing swedish duo who brought us “Troll,” and who are already supported by Tiesto and the boys of the Swedish House Mafia…which is nice. They have several new tracks on the way, one original, called “Pillow” that we previewed awhile back, and these two bad ass remixes, the latter of which Tiesto played main stage of UMF 2012…not too shabby. I would go ahead and write these down for future reference 😉

Ehem…ladies and gentleman, Qulinez is in the building.
Here is a pretty nice rap remix of one of the most popular tracks from 2011, Martin Solveig & Dragonnette “Hello.” The remix is done by a rap duo called “Why Are We Whispering.” They hail from This one works great in the car. Bump it.
Keljet is on fire these days, and we at AYNE hope he keeps gaining support and momentum. Because all of his work is well-deserving of praise. His style is very unique and always soothing to the ear. His latest remix of the Calvin Harris single “Bounce” is easily in my top 10 favorite songs right now. I probably listen to it at least once a day. He draws from the same genres and old school beats that I myself find timeless. Listen to his music and you will be a believer too. Oh, and when you can’t stop dancing…go ahead and throw a few thank you’s our way.
