Oh, Branchez at it again. Oh kill ‘em. This is a ridiculously dope trap remix of OWSLA label’s What So Not (never heard of them/him/it? until I heard this track). Definitely do yourself a favor and listen to this immediately. It’s available on Beatport and iTunes.
The original was released with his album If It Were You, We’d Never Leave, but if for some crazy reason you haven’t bought or don’t want to buy the masterpiece in its entirety, Anjunabeats is releasing a single package which is to include Phonat‘s remix and, hopefully, the ever-teased ‘Club Mix’. Coming off his EP for Skrillex‘s OWSLA, Phonat continues to deliver with some really awesome forward thinking electronic music. Still think the original takes the cake, but we’ll see just how epic that club mix is this Friday for its world premiere on ABGT039.
Via Skrillex’s label, Feed Me and Kill The Noise release a free download of a some pretty dope whomp. If you like to get low, get weird, and feel ze bass…or all of the above, this one is most certainly up your alley. Grab it for free below.
This song has been up on Soundcloud for 1 day, and it has over 205,000 plays and 2,200 favorites. Combine that with media coverage, Spotify, iTunes pre-orders, other social media applications like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube…and you have the hottest unreleased track right now. I mean…it is Skrillex and Nero on a remix. That usually ends up proving to be a good idea. “Promises” seemed to do pretty well. Enjoy the preview.
Rarely do I find myself throwing up strictly dubstep posts, but for all you wompers and bassbabies out there, this one is for you. Skrillex’s newest act on OWSLA is called a trio that call themselves Monsta. They were on the remix EP for Zedd’s Spectrum recently and just put up this minimix for Mixmag on his soundcloud last week. Pretty wild shit. Now enough bullshit. Proceed to lose face.
